Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we start planning?
For smaller meetings a few weeks is often enough. For larger formats such as conferences or incentive trips, around three months is safer because of venue and accommodation availability. In high season this period can be longer.
Which regions of Türkiye do you cover?
We decide the right region together, based on the format and the participants. We are present in the Cappadocia region ourselves; for events in centres such as Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir we work with local partners.
Are you present during the event?
Yes. We support not only the planning but also the delivery on the day. Your team in Germany does not have to handle coordination on site.
How is a quotation prepared?
Once the number of participants, the date, the location and the scope are clear, we prepare an individual quotation. We do not offer fixed packages — every event has different requirements.
