Our aim is to make the Turkish construction and property market more accessible to German companies and to coordinate the various parties on the ground efficiently.
We do not carry out construction work ourselves. Our role is coordination: finding suitable architects, engineers, construction firms and suppliers, managing communication between them, following the schedule and reporting regularly to your company in Germany.
Applications are submitted by the professionals licensed to do so. We take on the organisation of that process: compiling documents, communicating with the relevant authorities, following up appointments and keeping you informed of the current status.
That depends on the project location. For a project in a remote region we first check the availability of suitable local partners and give you an honest assessment. We do not take on a project we cannot coordinate properly.
Regular reporting is part of the service. We agree the frequency and format at the start of the project; every report includes the status against the schedule and a list of open points.
Yes. An engagement covering only the coordination of planning and permits is possible. The scope follows your needs — you do not have to hand over the entire project.
