1. Controller
The controller for data processing within the meaning of the GDPR is the company named in the imprint. Contact details are given on the imprint page.
2. Data processed
Through the contact form we process the details you provide: name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. Only name, email address and message are required; all other fields are optional.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data may be generated (IP address, browser information, time of access). This is used solely for the secure operation of the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to handle your enquiry, to contact you and to prepare a possible contractual relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Your data is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties.
4. Recipients and transfers to third countries
The contact form is handled technically by the Web3Forms service. When you submit the form, the details you entered are transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded from there to our email inbox. Web3Forms is operated by a provider based in India and, according to its own statements, uses infrastructure from Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner.
According to the provider, form data is stored encrypted and automatically deleted no later than three years after submission. Transfers to third countries are based on the EU standard contractual clauses.
The website is operated with an external hosting provider. When pages are requested, access data is automatically recorded in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the file requested, the volume of data transferred, and the browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary for the secure and reliable operation of the website; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Retention period
Once your enquiry has been dealt with, your data is deleted within a reasonable period unless statutory retention obligations apply. If a contractual relationship is established, the retention period follows the applicable statutory requirements.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For any data protection matter you can reach us using the contact details in the imprint.
7. Cookies
This website does not use non-essential cookies. There is no visitor tracking and no measurement for advertising purposes.
No third-party content that could analyse your browsing behaviour — such as map services, video players or fonts loaded from external servers — is embedded in this site.
